Self-taught actor and professional martial artist with over 20 years of experience in martial arts. Internationally active across film, TV, and stunt productions.

Fabian Frohly stands out through his strong cinematic presence, emotionally charged performances, and physical precision. He specializes in intense character roles, dramatic transformations, and self tapes that fuse emotional depth with disciplined bodywork. His martial arts training includes Karate, Shaolin Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai – skills he brings authentically to both fight choreography and storytelling on screen.

Fabian began performing in front of the camera at a young age. At 12, he was discovered as a photo model and worked for several years as a teenage model for major brands and companies such as Pepsi, Spengler Fashion, Helvecia Insurance (Switzerland), and Schoepflin Catalogue (Hagen), among others.

At the same time, he trained for two years in Peking Opera in Basel, Switzerland – performing live on stage at cultural and public events.

Later, Fabian became a member of the Basel Stunt Team, where he gained practical on-camera experience in stage combat, acrobatic stunts, and wire-assisted special effects (such as being pulled through the air by simulated kicks or explosions). He also appeared in educational video productions, including chemical accident simulations for the University of Fribourg.

This early blend of camera work, physical stage performance, and deep character work shaped his unique artistic profile. Today, Fabian positions himself as a versatile actor with a focus on leading roles in action, drama, and physically demanding cinema, working internationally across languages and genres.
